黄青，女，1995年8月，湖南岳阳人。2021年7月博士毕业于北京大学国家发展研究院，2019-2020年普林斯顿大学联合培养博士。2021-2023年北京大学-普林斯顿大学联合博士后。主要研究领域包括发展经济学和城市经济学。
